POLICY STATEMENT

We are committed to the delivery of consistent predetermined high standards of products and services. Our Quality Management systems (QMS) ensures all task is carried out consistently to a defined standard, our customers’ requirements have been fully understood and met, we have the skills and resources to fulfil our customers’ requirements, our staff are fully trained and involved in quality improvement, we strive to continuously improve our systems and procedures, all Sub-contractors/suppliers provide services that meet our own quality assurance standards.

LEADERSHIP – Our leaders are committed to showing leadership and bearing responsibility for creating, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System. We are undertaking to ensure sufficient resources are made available within the Group to achieve this. With effective leadership and support, every employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of the Quality System, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, and its direct relevance to the success of the group of companies in scope.

DECISION-MAKING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS
We have total commitment to Continuous Improvement through rigorous application of the principles and practices as laid down within ISO 9001:2015. It will provide a fundamental basis for all our processes and activities. We will measure the performance of our processes and activities to provide data to support positive decisions on how to fix problems and improve our processes.
