Policy Statement
Mitiget’s leadership is committed to establishing and complying with Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements applicable to its business and will continually improve the management system for the protection of its asset and that of stakeholders in its custody. The leadership has authority to sanction any stakeholder, who breaches or compromises its information security policy.

Customers – We depend on our customers, and we are committed to providing them with a highly responsive service and quality products that always meet or exceed their needs.

Leadership – Our leaders are committed to showing leadership and bearing responsibility for creating, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System. We are undertaking to ensure sufficient resources are made available within the Group to achieve this. With effective leadership and support, every employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of the Quality System, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, and its direct relevance to the success of the group of companies in scope.

DECISION-MAKING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We have total commitment to Continuous Improvement through rigorous application of the principles and practices as laid down within ISO 9001:2015. It will provide a fundamental basis for all our processes and activities. We will measure the performance of our processes and activities to provide data to support positive decisions on how to fix problems and improve our processes.
